The Inver Grove Heights Fire Department is a class 4 paid-on-call department that serves the City of Inver Grove Heights.  There are approximately 50 members serving this department.  Call volume is approximately 750 responses annually.  The Inver Grove Heights Fire Department has two fire stations covering 32 square miles.
