United Fire & Rescue is a class 4 volunteer/paid on call department that serves the Villages of Baldwin, Hammond, Wilson and Woodville, Baldwin TWP, Springfield TWP, Hammond TWP, Emerald TWP, Pleasant Valley TWP, Rush Valley TWP, Eau Galle TWP, Cady TWP, and portions of Erin Prairie TWP.  There are approximately 80 members serving this department.  Call volume is approximately 200 responses annually.  United Fire & Rescue has three fire stations.
