The West Metro Fire-Rescue District is a class 4 paid-on-call department that serves the Cities of Crystal and New Hope.  There are approximately 70 members serving this department. Call volume is approximately 1,400 responses annually.  The West Metro Fire-Rescue District has three fire stations covering 13 square miles.
